We are an independent engineering consulting company. Our main fields of knowledge are energy, environment, and economics. The company was founded in year 1991 by two professors of Institute of Energy Systems and Environment (Riga Technical University): Dr.Hab.Sc.Ing. Dagnija Blumberga and Dr.Hab.Sc.Ing. Ivars Veidenbergs.

Thanks to our long term experience of implementing European projects we have developed active cooperation networks both in Latvia and Europe and always keep track of the newest technology applications and legislative changes, as well as permanently update and upgrade our knowledge.

We are ready to share our knowledge that is why you often see us participating as lectors in local and international workshop and conferences. We also organize our own events - workshops, trainings, and even educational courses for those willing to improve their knowledge.
